OBSERVE INDIA’S REPUBLIC DAY AS BLACK DAY: JKPL No other ofition to show our anger.Waza,



Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, a constituent of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, today held an extraordinary meeting at district office Islamabad has appealed the people to observe India’s Republic Day as black day.
While addressing in a meeting, senior leaders and  Chairman of JKPL, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that the Kashmir’s   had been fighting for the right to self-determination and Indian Republic Day had no relevance in Jammu and Kashmir. Waza said, we don’t want to hurt the  sentiments  of India people but there is no other offition to show our anger  Waza said India is claiming big democracy but in Kashmir he muzzles the freedom of others is it genuine for India to celebrate republic day in such enviroment“Our struggle is not against any nation, tribe, and religion or against the sovereignty of any country. But our struggle is the struggle for our rights”, adding “Kashmir movement does not belong to any particular individual. This movement belongs to the people of Jammu Kashmir and represents their wishes and aspirations.”  He also castigated the puppet administration for subjecting people to harassment and intimidation in the name of so-called security measures. He said that the whole Jammu and Kashmir had been turned into military garrison and people are being denied free movement
Waza asked the Kashmiri people to observe India’s Republic Day on January 26 as black day to convey to the world community that New Delhi continued to deny them their inalienable right to self-determination.
Meanwhile  spokesman pl imtiyaz reshi said  and urged India to take steps to create conducive atmosphere for resolving the Kashmir dispute through tripartite talks so that permanent peace could be established in South Asia. “Withdrawal of troops, repeal of black laws, and release of pro-freedom leaders and activists besides an end to the state terrorism in Kashmir can be helpful towards resolving the lingering dispute,” he added. He maintained that Martyrs are the precious assests of out nation (Kashmiris) who are our real heroes and their mission shall be carry forward till to the logical end come what may. Waza maintained that the sacrifices of the people of Kashmir would definitely bring positive results and Kashmiris would get rid of Indian bondage. Waza said that military might will in no way be able to break the resolve of Kashmiri people to continue their struggle for right to self-determination.
